Order Processing

 • Order Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 1 business day. However, during peak seasons or other unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be longer.
 • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email
 

Domestic Shipping

After your order confirmation, your order is usually dispatched within 24 hours and delivered in 2-4 working days depending on the state & city.
Shipping charges depend on the weight of the parcel. Generally, the minimum shipping rate is 8 $ and increases with the weight of the package.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide via DHL/FedEx.

International shipping time is generally 3-5 working days (excluding any customs processing time).
Currently, international shipping for jewelry is restricted to 2kg per shipment without export documentation.
International shipping rates depend on package weight. As a general guide, current shipping rates start for the South America & Europe at a minimum of 10 $ per kg.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on the carrier’s website.
