Refund and Returns Policy

At VIRAAS, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully to understand the process and eligibility for returns and refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You can return your items within 10 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Unworn and Unused: The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and free from any stains, odors, or damages.
- Tags Intact: The product must have all its original tags and packaging intact.
- Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) for the return to be processed.
2. Non-Returnable Items- Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, including:
- Sale or Discounted Items: Items purchased on sale or with discounts may be non-returnable unless damaged or defective.
- Intimate Apparel: Due to hygiene reasons, intimate apparel (e.g., undergarments, shapewear) cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.
- Customized Products: Personalized or customized products are not eligible for returns or refunds.
- Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-returnable.
3. How to Initiate a Return- To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our Customer Support team at contact.viraas@gmail.com or call +92 3279402917 within 3 Working days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number, item details, and reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: After reviewing your return request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the product.
- Shipping the Return: Once you receive the RA number, you will need to package the item securely and send it back to us. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect product).

4. Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued according to the original payment method used at the time of purchase:
- Credit/Debit Card: Refunds will be credited back to your card within 14working days from the date of return approval.
- Bank Transfers: If you paid via bank transfer, the refund will be made to the account from which the payment was made.
- Mobile Payments: Refunds for mobile payments (JazzCash, Easypaisa, etc.) will be processed within14 working days to the original payment method.
Please note that the shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as a defective or incorrect product).
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, you can initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the replacement. The return process and refund policy apply to exchanges as well.
If the product is defective or damaged, we will cover all shipping costs for the exchange.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 14 days of receiving the item. We will provide a full refund or replacement at no extra cost to you.
To process your claim:
- Take clear pictures of the damaged or defective product.
- Send the images along with your order number to contact.viraas@gmail.com.
- We will guide you through the return process and provide a prepaid return shipping label.
7. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once the order has been processed or dispatched, cancellations cannot be accepted. 8. Refunds and Processing Times
Refunds are processed once the returned product has been inspected and approved. Depending on your payment method, it may take 5 to 10 working days for the funds to appear in your account.
Please allow up to 14 business days for processing returns and refunds. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.
9. Shipping Charges
- Return Shipping Fees: The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, except in cases where the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Original Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
